Job Details:

Our client is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their highly collaborative team in Central Illinois. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with our strict safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all stages of the construction project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including project scope, timelines, cost control strategies, and risk management plans
• Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of all project activities to ensure timely completion
• Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are being met
• Resolve any project-related issues promptly and efficiently
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
• Proven experience in construction management, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
• Strong leadership skills
• Proficient in project management software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
