Job Details

  • Lead and supervise field crews, ensuring daily safety and productivity.
  • Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors in alignment with project scope.
  • Conduct daily site meetings to review safety, permits, and tasks.
  • Report project status daily to leadership and manage weekly updates.
  • Oversee machine sign-offs, inspections, and customer acceptance.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company procedures.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of industrial supervision/project leadership.
  • Proven OSHA safety compliance expertise in manufacturing settings.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; MS Project and Adobe Acrobat a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and scopes of work.
  • Willingness to travel 50–75% (U.S., Canada, Mexico).
