Qualifications Needed
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Strong background in capital machine projects, preferably in food slicing or packaging systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or minimum 5+ years of proven work experience in technical sales, project management, or equipment solutions.
- Experience leading teams or supervising direct reports.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office. Experience with Salesforce and SAP preferred.
- PMP certification strongly preferred.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel 50% (North America and occasional Germany).
- Excellent communication, customer service, and technical presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide technical sales support for deli solutions, including equipment selection, configuration, and feasibility analysis.
- Develop accurate project scopes of work, including pricing, contract compliance, equipment specifications, and performance criteria.
- Serve as liaison between customers, sales, engineering, service, and factory teams throughout pre-sale activities.
- Participate in customer meetings, demonstrations, and site visits to ensure accurate scope capture.
- Support project hand-off from pre-sale to execution teams, ensuring smooth transition and clarity.
- Contribute to inventory management through stock ordering and reordering.
- Provide backup support to Project Managers during execution phases.
- Represent the company professionally in customer-facing project meetings.
