Job Details
We’re looking for a Project Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial construction sites throughout Southeast Michigan. This role requires a steady hand, clear communication, and a proactive mindset. You’ll manage schedules, supervise subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

- Daily on-site coordination of trades, suppliers, and site personnel
- Managing site logistics, safety, and quality control
- Tracking progress against schedules and reporting updates to project managers
- Reviewing construction documents and verifying field conditions
- Serving as the point of contact for field-related client concerns
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and jobsite safety
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling software is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Local to Southeast Michigan or within reasonable commuting distance
