Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to join our dynamic team in the scientific industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to completion. This role is integral to ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and success of our projects. With a focus on single-family homes and vertical building processes, the Project Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Manage and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring that all work is carried out according to the project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce on the construction site.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements, including local and national building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, promptly addressing any issues that arise.
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of all project phases.
• Manage project resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of materials, equipment, and personnel.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and team members.
• Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports, including progress updates, budget forecasts, and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent, with a focus on construction of single-family homes and vertical building processes.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and completing construction projects from foundation to finish.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address issues promptly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications, such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP), are a plus.
• Must be willing to travel to various project sites as required.
