Project Superintendent

Our client is a family-owned custom pool company that treats each customer like family and each pool as their own. As a Project Supervisor, you will over see each pool installation and visit the site from start to finish to provide customers with a family face to address any questions and concerns they may have.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing projects from start to finish of construction, and checking for quality assurance
• If any issues arise, report the issue to the proper company for repair/fix, and follow through until completed.
• Answer questions to homeowners on-site, able to speak with people and make them feel comfortable.
• Customer service oriented
• Communicate with office staff who are scheduling job site or work orders so they are aware of what needs to be done and what is done

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of construction experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Great communication and organization skills
