📌 Serve as a key point of contact for a real estate client in a co-sourcing accounting engagement
📌 Maintain general ledger entries, book accruals, and manage reconciliations
📌 Collaborate with AR, AP, and GL teams to troubleshoot and resolve accounting issues
📌 Assist with external audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy
📌 Process urgent payments and apply cash transactions efficiently

Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
🔹 Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
🔹 Experience with MRI Software or similar lease management systems is a plus
🔹 Strong Excel skills and an innovative mindset
🔹 Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
