Responsible for full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for a designated portfolio of commercial real estate properties.
Develop annual budgets
Work closely with Property Management team
Financial statement reviews
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Cash Flow preparation and projections


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
5 years progressive accounting experience
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Ability to have fun and work well in a team environment
Problem solver
