Job Details
Lead & Oversee: Manage a team of 4–6 property accountants and ensure accurate execution of the full accounting cycle (AP/AR, GL, month-end close).
Strategic Reporting: Oversee financial statement preparation, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Internal Controls: Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and safeguard assets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with property managers, leasing, and asset management teams to drive financial performance.
Compliance & Audits: Interface with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies while staying up to date on accounting standards.
