Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud
  • Manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and timely
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders
  • Participate in audits and other compliance-related activities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA or CMA certification preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory requirements
  • Experience developing and implementing internal controls
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
