Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Maintenance Supervisory experience within an apartment, multifamily, or most ideally Student Housing complex

Are you a Fit?

• 2+ years of Maintenance Supervisory experience within an apartment, multifamily, or most ideally Student Housing complex
• Previous HVAC/EPA experience
• HVAC/EPA 608 Universal Certification
• Previous experience with Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Mechanical Systems
• Ability to read and interpret Blueprints, Design drawings, Safety guidelines, along with maintenance manuals
• Able to be on-call, except during paid time off (PTO)
