Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team and oversee our diverse portfolio of commercial properties. The position is permanent and requires a candidate with a proven track record of success in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Develop and implement property budgets and financial plans to ensure profitability and growth.
  • Market properties to potential tenants and negotiate lease agreements that are mutually beneficial.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and laws.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage and supervise a team of property management professionals, including maintenance staff and leasing agents.
  • Utilize industry-specific software, such as Yardi and MRI, to manage and analyze property data and financials.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial property management
  • Strong financial acumen and experience developing and managing budgets.
  • Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, or JD Edwards.
