Job Details
Preferred Requirements:
- High School Diploma, Real Estate Management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in tax credit property management
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing regulations, and other relevant property management regulations.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
