Job Details

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Maintain efficient daily operations while also meeting financial goals
  • Ensure the property’s buildings and grounds are well-kept.
  • Increase the property’s value while also meeting the needs of the tenants and managing tenant concerns.
  • Partner with the marketing team to attract and retain residents
  • Oversee all aspects of the lease, from negotiating, enforcing lease agreements, terminating and managing evictions
  • Manage rent collection, late payments and operating expense management
  • Keep track of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, and maintenance and vendors
  • Creating financial performance reports for property/properties


Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred or GED/high school diploma with relevant work experience
  • Prior experience as a property manager or similar position is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Suite and property management software. Experience with Realpage and KNOCK a plus.
