Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management: Oversee the daily operations and administrative management of 700–1,000 residential units spread across multiple properties in Brooklyn and Queens.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all NYC housing regulations, with a heavy focus on rent-stabilization guidelines, lease renewals, and tenant relations.
Administrative Oversight: Maintain precise property records, process tenant documentation, track work orders, and manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, lease signings, compliance matters, and conflict resolution across the assigned portfolio.
Position Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of residential property management experience specifically managing rent-stabilized apartments in the NYC area.
Technical Skills: High level of tech-savviness. Experience with property management software such as Yardi, P2P (Procure to Pay), or MIQ is highly preferred.
Administrative Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities with a proven track record of handling high-volume paperwork and regulatory filings cleanly and accurately.
Geographic Coverage: Ability to efficiently manage and travel between properties distributed throughout the boroughs of Queens and Brooklyn.
