Job Details

What You’ll Do:

Lead the proposal process, collaborating across departments to develop and deliver business proposals.

Manage bid schedules, coordinate inputs, ensure strategy implementation, and maintain stakeholder communication.

Review proposals for quality, compliance, and alignment with government and customer requirements.

Streamline proposal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Maintain and update the Content Management System for proposal documentation.

What You Need:

3-5 years of experience in technical applications or business development (preferably aerospace), with expertise in government and commercial proposal management.

Familiarity with sales and proposal management software and best practices.

Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to streamline workflows.

Advanced MS Word proficiency and experience across MS Office suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field, plus 2+ years of aerospace or defense experience.

Preferred: Project Management and/or proposal/business capture certification.
