We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
- Manage medication regimens, including prescribing and monitoring medications.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditions.
- Provide bi-lingual support to patients who require it.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts and records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Must be a certified nurse practitioner with a minimum of 1 year of experience (PMHNP).
- Must have experience with physical exams, assessments, and medication management.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage acute illness.
- Must be proficient in charting and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Bi-lingual skills are preferred but not required.
