Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Manage medication regimens, including prescribing and monitoring medications.
  • Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditions.
  • Provide bi-lingual support to patients who require it.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts and records.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with patients and their families.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a certified nurse practitioner with a minimum of 1 year of experience (PMHNP).
  • Must have experience with physical exams, assessments, and medication management.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage acute illness.
  • Must be proficient in charting and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Bi-lingual skills are preferred but not required.
