We are on seeking an experienced Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team, focusing on outpatient and telehealth services.
This permanent, full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a patient-centered environment that emphasizes quality, innovation, and collaboration. You will be a critical member of our team, providing outpatient psychiatric care and telehealth services to a diverse population of patients.
As an Outpatient/Telehealth Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for:
1. Providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for a diverse patient population.
2. Delivering high-quality outpatient psychiatric care, including medication management and psychotherapy.
3. Utilizing telehealth platforms to provide remote psychiatric services, expanding our reach to those who cannot access in-person care.
4. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
5. Participating in ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in psychiatry.
6. Upholding the highest standards of patient confidentiality and ethical conduct.
7. Contributing to our mission of improving mental health care access and quality in our community.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting role, you will need:
1. A Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
2. Board certification in Psychiatry.
3. A valid and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Washington.
4. A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient psychiatry.
5. Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and team members.
7. A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
8. A passion for patient care and a dedication to the field of psychiatry.
