Job Details
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced LCSW / LMSW therapist to join our team. This is a full-time position with flexible hybrid schedul. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing psychotherapy to patients with a range of mental health issues and will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting individual psychotherapy sessions for patients with mental health issues
- Developing treatment plans and goals for patients based on their individual needs
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Providing crisis intervention and support to patients in acute distress
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Participating in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
- Staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of psychotherapy
Qualifications:
- LCSW Preferred But Will Consider LMSW
- Spanish Preferred
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapy techniques and interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity is a plus
