We Are Looking for a Motivated Individual Who Has:

• 3+years of relevant industry experience (preferably in publisher monetization/development)
• *Experience negotiating with, managing, and/or selling to digital publishers
• An understanding of common ad-server implementations, programmatic ecosystem and advertising products
• Strong knowledge of Internet advertising models, ad optimization, audience trends and technologies Strong analytical ability and experience with CPM models
• Strong negotiation skills and strategic mindset
• Existing relationships with mid size - large premium publishers (highly desirable)
• Previous experience in digital media with an in-depth understanding of the advertising landscape and publisher tech stack
