The role of Purchase Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities related to purchasing non-aircraft materials, tools, services, and managing purchase orders administration. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, the Purchase Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring efficient procurement processes.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Purchase Administrator will:

Administer purchase orders, including their issuance and management.
Govern the procurement of supplies and services, ensuring they meet requested requirements, are procured in the right quantity, within the shortest possible time, and at competitive pricing from approved sources.
Prepare quotation summaries for approval, generating purchase orders and sub-contract orders in adherence to the Company's authorization policy.

Job Details

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

Ability to prepare routine reports and maintain specialized files and records.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement.
SUPERVISION:

The Purchase Administrator will work under the general guidance of the Director of Finance. They are expected to be self-motivated and take initiative in performing their assigned tasks and responsibilities.
