Job Details

An operations manager who wears multiple hats including day to day warehouse - shipping - staffing - vendor management and more.
Conversational or Fluent Mandarin is needed for this opportunity.

Job Duties:

  • Create purchase orders for vendors and obtains contracts with new vendors
  • Make purchases and ensure that orders received are accurate and are not damaged
  • Submit payment requests
  • Create RFPs for special projects
  • Contact vendors to obtain quotes
  • Create comparison tables for proposals from multiple vendors
  • Handle price disputes & claims with vendors
  • Update & maintain vendor service agreement & contract spreadsheets
