QA Engineer - Permanent - FT Role - North Austin (South of Tech Ridge Center)
We are seeking an experienced and passionate QA Engineer to join our dynamic team at our North Austin HQ.
Our company is a pioneer in the Technology Industry, specifically in VR Games and VR Systems.
We are looking for someone who is ready to push the boundaries of technology and create a revolutionary gaming experience.
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for creating detailed test plans and test cases for our software domains which include VR, mobile, and web. This role requires physical engagement with our treadmill gaming platform, which means you will be standing, squatting, and running on our gaming treadmill. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is not afraid to break a sweat while breaking new ground in the VR gaming world!!

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for apps across our software domains: VR, mobile, and web.
- Perform manual testing, regression testing, and feature testing in a consistent and thorough manner.
- Engage fully with our treadmill gaming platform, including standing, squatting, and running.
- Use Atlassian Jira Software to track and manage bugs and issues.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality product development.
- Provide and receive feedback in a constructive manner to continuously improve team performance and product quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer in the software industry.
- Proven experience in manual testing, regression testing, and feature testing.
- Proficiency in Atlassian Jira Software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
- Must be physically able to stand, squat, and run on a gaming treadmill.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Passion for gaming and technology is highly desirable.
- Must be willing to work on-site at our North Austin HQ.
