Responsibilities:
As our QA Manager (Aseptic), you will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing and managing all aspects of our aseptic quality assurance programs and processes.
2. Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
3. Developing and implementing robust quality assurance protocols and procedures.
4. Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
5. Managing the sampling and running of labs, ensuring accurate and timely results.
6. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to aseptic processes.
7. Collaborating with other departments to ensure quality is maintained throughout the production process.
8. Training and mentoring staff on aseptic techniques and best practices.
9. Continually reviewing and improving our quality assurance programs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
10. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry developments and integrating them into our quality assurance practices.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the dairy industry.
2. Extensive experience with aseptic processes and techniques.
3. Proven experience in sampling and running labs.
4. Experience in the dairy industry would be a significant advantage.
5. A strong understanding of quality assurance principles, standards, and regulations.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
7. Strong leadership and team management skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. A degree in a relevant field, such as Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
10. A commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
