We are expanding and looking for a QA Manager to enhance our beverage department! Join us in our commitment to quality and help drive our beverage products to new heights!

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily SSOP, GMP, CCP, and PC checks to ensure all beverage production processes comply with established quality standards.
- Conduct and supervise product sample testing (e.g., pH, brix, color, organoleptic evaluations) and release batches based on results.
- Monitor equipment calibration (e.g., pH meters, refractometers) and ensure lab operations run smoothly according to scheduled shifts.
- Verify production and packaging processes, including lot numbers, labeling, net weight, and other product specifications to maintain compliance and
- Lead investigations into quality issues, manage hold procedures, and coordinate corrective actions with R&D and production teams.
- Supervise and train QC associates, promoting adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
- Conduct internal audits, manage product specifications, and coordinate rework operations as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field preferred;
- Minimum 5 years of QC experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, SSOP, and GMP practices, with practical experience in beverage production.
- Proven leadership and communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
