Requirements:

• Play a key role in obtaining ISO 9001: 2015 Certification in conjunction with existing ASME Code Stamp program.
• Must meet minimum qualifications for ASME BPVC VIII
• Develop and implement robust quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure compliance with ASME pressure vessel certification, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, UL tank certification, API standards, AWWA standards, and other relevant regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage QA/QC inspectors and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Develop AAMP industrial coatings program and oversee all aspects of coatings inspection and application, ensuring adherence to industry standards and specifications, including those outlined in AAMP/NACE QP 3, QP 7, QP 9, and QS 1.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and production teams to establish and maintain quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to final inspection and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• ASME Pressure Vessel Engineer certification is a must
• AMPP Senior Certified Coatings Inspector credential, NACE CIP Level 3 certification, or SSPC PCI Level 3 certification.
