Job Details
- Lead and mentor distributed QA teams across time zones
- Build and refine test labs, frameworks, and automation pipelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with dev teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Drive Agile test planning, execution, and traceability
- Manage QA budgets, vendor contracts, and resource allocation
- Champion continuous improvement and high-volume product quality
- Support audits (ISO-9001), compliance, and enterprise tool integration
You Should Have:
- 7+ years in engineering quality within complex product environments
- 7+ years managing QA/test teams including automation and firmware
- Expertise with Jira, Zephyr, and Agile development practices
- Deep exposure to hardware schematics and cloud-based testing
- Proven success leading global or offshore QA teams
Bonus Points For:
Python fluency
Zephyr Scale/Enterprise experience
AI-driven test optimization skills
MBA or equivalent leadership training
