What you will do:
Serve as the technical lead for component quality across the product lifecycle—from selection and qualification through design changes and field performance.

Lead Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) efforts in collaboration with design, manufacturing, and reliability engineering teams.

Lead supplier evaluations and support incoming inspection criteria development for critical components.
Monitor key quality metrics (yield, DPPM, failure rate trends) and proactively drive continuous improvement.
Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System and support internal and external audits
Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Field Service teams.
Skills you must have:
Minimum 3-years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or product development environment, preferably involving electronic components.
Hands-on experience with FMEA, risk analysis, and process validation.
Familiarity with functional safety standards and verification methods is highly desired.
Knowledge of quality systems including ISO 9001:2015, IPC standards, and component qualification best practices.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in problem-solving methodologies.
Experience with ERP/PLM systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Omnify/Empower is a plus).
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
