Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Quality Control Inspector, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Implementing and maintaining quality control systems in accordance with AS9100 and ISO9001 standards.
2. Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with these standards.
3. Identifying any issues or non-conformities and taking appropriate corrective action.
4. Collaborating with production teams to develop and implement quality control procedures.
5. Providing consultation and guidance to management on quality control matters.
6. Ensuring all products meet the necessary safety and quality standards before they reach our customers.
7. Training and mentoring staff on quality control procedures and standards.
8. Preparing detailed reports on quality control findings and recommendations.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Consulting Quality Control Inspector role should have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven expertise in AS9100 and ISO9001 quality standards.
3. Extensive knowledge of quality control methods and techniques.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve quality control issues.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex quality control concepts and procedures.
6. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
8. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred.
