We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Quality Control Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for conducting regular quality control tests, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that our products meet all industry standards. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality control tests and inspections to ensure that our products meet all necessary specifications and standards.
- Monitor production processes and work closely with the production team to ensure that all procedures are followed correctly.
- Identify any issues or deviations from quality standards and work to resolve them quickly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control tests and inspections.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and others.
- Collaborate with other team members to continually improve our quality control processes and procedures.
- Participate in regular training and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Assist with other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and best practices.
- Experience with HACCP, GMP, and other relevant industry regulations.
- Proficient in quality testing and inspection techniques.
- Familiarity with food, beverage, batch brewing or flavor profiling is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using quality control software and equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or a related field is preferred.
