SUMMARY:
As our hands-on Quality Engineer, you will lead ISO 9001 compliance, root-cause problem solving, and quality testing for innovative motor and controller products. You'll manage lab testing, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement across production.

As our hands-on Quality Engineer, you will lead ISO 9001 compliance, root-cause problem solving, and quality testing for innovative motor and controller products. You'll manage lab testing, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement across production.

- Testing
- Lean Six Sigma
NICE TO HAVE:
- Motor or driver/VFD-related working experience
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quality Assurance - implement and maintain quality standards ( ISO 9001)
- Problem Solving – use 8D or SCAR quality method to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues that arise during the product lifecycle; Initiate and monitor corrective and preventative actions
- Testing and Documentation – Conduct tests on products and systems, document findings, and maintain quality records
- Data Analysis - collect, analyze, and report on quality data to track performance and improvement
- First production PPAP - first product inspection and document preparation
- Testing Lab Management and Calibration
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a minimum of 5+ years commensurate experience in an engineering-related discipline required.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of quality management systems ( e.g., ISO 9001)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Lean Six Sigma green belt is a plus!
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control techniques.
- Previous motors or motor drivers, or motor controller experience is preferred
