We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Engineer to join our team at our O’Fallon, MO facility. This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM), where you will play a key role in ensuring product quality, maintaining ISO 9001 standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Details

Position: Quality Engineer
Location: O’Fallon, MO – on-site
Target Salary: $90-110k (depending on experience) + bonus

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements
  • Perform quality inspections and functional testing of RFID tags, labels, and related products
  • Support and maintain ISO 9001 certification, including documentation, audits, and compliance activities
  • Identify, document, and resolve quality issues or process deviations
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
  • Maintain clear and accurate QA and compliance documentation
  • Participate in internal and external audits
  • Ensure adherence to company quality, safety, and compliance standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems (experience with audits or certification a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a hands-on, production-driven environment
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
