Our esteemed manufacturing organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. This position is a critical role within our organization, playing a key part in ensuring our products are of the highest quality and meet all regulatory and company standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems, analyzing production processes for possible improvements, and coordinating with the production team to implement these improvements. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional with a strong background in Quality Engineering within the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for the following:
1. Developing and implementing quality control systems to ensure our products meet all necessary requirements and standards.
2. Analyzing production processes to identify potential areas for improvement.
3. Utilizing problem-solving methodologies such as 8D and Ishikawa diagrams to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues.
4. Collaborating with the production team to implement process improvements, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
5. Coordinating with other departments, such as R&D and Procurement, to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the product lifecycle.
6. Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality control systems.
7. Preparing and presenting reports on quality metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Quality Engineering role within the manufacturing industry. MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE OR INJECTION MOLDING EXPERIENCE.
3. Bilingual proficiency is required, enabling effective communication with our diverse team and international partners.
4. Extensive experience with problem-solving methodologies such as 8D and Ishikawa diagrams.
5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and liaise with various departments.
7. A strong commitment to quality and a thorough understanding of quality control systems within the manufacturing industry.
