Quality Engineer Needed For Leading Manufacturing Company

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing quality control systems, analyzing production metrics, and leading team meetings to discuss quality control issues.
2. Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
3. Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
4. Identifying, recording, documenting thoroughly and tracking bugs.
5. Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
6. Liaising with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
7. Monitoring debugging process results.
8. Investigating the causes of non-conforming software and training users to implement solutions.
9. Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
10. Participating in Corrective Actions and Document Control processes.
11. Ensuring compliance with IPC standards in electromechanical systems.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality engineering role.
3. Extensive experience with Document Control and Corrective Actions.
4. Strong knowledge of IPC standards and their application in electromechanical systems.
