Job Details
- Conduct statistical analyses, root cause investigations, and capability studies to improve manufacturing processes.
- Develop and standardize inspection methods, tools, and control plans.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand part applications and resolve quality issues.
- Oversee 1st article inspections, PPAP submissions, and device calibration.
- Address non-conformances using the 8D problem-solving methodology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Assurance (preferred).
- 1 or more years of experience in a metal fabrication environment (e.g., stamping, laser cutting, or assembly).
- Proficiency in GD&T, statistical analysis tools, and SolidWorks.
- Green Belt certification in Six Sigma is a plus.
