Job Details

We’re looking for a Site Quality Manager to lead our quality control and assurance functions. This individual will be responsible for managing quality inspections throughout all stages of fabrication—particularly pressure vessels—ensuring compliance with ASME, ISO, and other regulatory standards. If you're passionate about manufacturing excellence and leading teams that deliver top-tier product quality, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and develop a team of 3–7 inspectors and front-office QA staff.
  • Oversee inspections for incoming materials, in-process welding/fabrication, and final products.
  • Ensure compliance with ASME Code, ISO 9001, NBIC, DNV, and other quality standards.
  • Manage all quality documentation, reports, NCRs, corrective actions, and audits.
  • Serve as the liaison to Authorized Inspection Agencies and customer reps.
  • Streamline NCR/MRB processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, supply chain, and engineering teams.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in ASME pressure vessel manufacturing and inspection.
  • Strong knowledge of ASME BPVC (Sections II, V, VIII, IX) and weld symbols.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001, Lean/Six Sigma, and quality audit processes.
  • Hands-on experience with calibration programs, supplier quality investigations, and QA systems.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
