We are currently seeking a dynamic and exceptional Permanent Quality Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of our manufacturing processes and products. Responsibilities:
As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including:
1. Overseeing the development and implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of company products.
2. Managing and coordinating the activities of the quality control team and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
3. Developing, implementing, and maintaining a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
4. Participating in the review of engineering designs to contribute quality requirements and considerations.
5. Assisting product support areas in gathering and analyzing data.
6. Establishing program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.
7. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and lead projects to improve the efficiency, productivity, and performance of the company.
8. Interacting with customers, suppliers, designers, and others to assist in resolving design, development, production, and acceptance issues.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment.
3. Proven experience with Quality Control, ISO 9001, and Continuous Improvement.
4. Commercial HVAC Experience is a plus.
5. Strong knowledge of manufacturing methodologies, quality control systems, and statistical techniques.
6. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
7. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization.
9. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other quality control related software.
