Job Details

Responsibilities:
The Quality Manager will oversee the department's operations in alignment with the established procedures and guidelines. Key responsibilities include:

Daily management of Quality Control functions, including:
Receiving, First Article, In-Process, Final, and Roving Inspections and Testing.
Supplier management and performance oversight.
Management of quality records, calibration, and traceability.
Direct supervision of Quality Inspectors and Quality Engineers.
Ensuring compliance with IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, and VDA standards.
Coordinating customer communications (both internal and external) related to continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and customer-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Preparing documents and information for addressing customer concerns, including Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and 8D reports.
Contributing to limited Quality Planning functions, such as design reviews, PPAP documentation, operator instructions, and assembly aids.
Serving as the Product Safety Representative.
Conducting internal audits and supporting corporate KPI tracking.
Providing training and development as required.
