Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enforce ISO 9001:2015 standards

  • Lead internal audits and support external audits (surveillance, recertification)

  • Manage corrective/preventive actions and CAPA/OFI meetings
Requirements

  • Manage the quality department

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field

  • OR Associate degree with relevant metal fabrication experience

  • 5+ years in a manufacturing quality leadership role

  • Experience with welding, machining, and fabrication processes preferred

Skills

  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Infor SyteLine a plus)

  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings

  • Familiarity with AWS and military welding specs preferred

  • Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, or similar quality systems is a plus
