A bit about us:
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Plant Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control efforts at our manufacturing facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our products consistently meet safety, regulatory, and customer quality standards. You’ll oversee quality operations from lab testing to compliance audits, while driving innovation and continuous improvement across the plant.

- Quality Strategy & Oversight
- Develop and execute quality programs that align with company goals, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
- Partner with operations, warehousing, and leadership teams to enhance product quality, streamline processes, and improve KPIs.
- Lead plant-wide quality initiatives, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and industry standards.
- Oversee blending and laboratory functions, including SOP development, training programs, and process documentation.
- Support automation efforts and recommend testing improvements that drive efficiency and consistency.
- Monitor and manage pest control activities and documentation to ensure a sanitary production environment.
- Ensure the facility adheres to all applicable regulations, including FDA, state, and local guidelines.
- Maintain robust documentation systems for quality checks, product testing, and operational logs.
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections, addressing gaps through corrective and preventive actions.
- Champion GMP and HACCP practices while identifying opportunities to elevate plant-wide compliance and safety standards.
