Job Details
· Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical discipline
· Minimum of 5 years related quality experience required
· Minimum of 3 years previous management experience required
· Certified Quality Manager (CQM) certification preferred
· IATF/AS, and ISO experience required
· Working knowledge of casting and machining processes preferred
· Kaizen, Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred
· Computer efficient
· Customer interface experience and ability
· Strong knowledge of problem-solving skills, such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa analysis, etc
· Knowledge of quality systems measurement techniques (SPC, Pareto analysis, etc.) along with root cause analysis
