Job Details

  • Lead and enforce company-wide quality, safety, and reliability standards
  • Establish and implement procedures for APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans
  • Oversee development and accuracy of Process Flows and Statistical Programs
  • Submit PPAP documentation and maintain quality control work instructions
  • Direct customer complaint response and corrective action processes
  • Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems
  • Train teams on SPC, root cause analysis, and data-driven problem solving
  • Manage Quality Control Lab and Technicians for production support
  • Analyze data and lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations
  • Report QMS performance to top leadership and recommend improvements
  • Coordinate with external partners on quality-related matters and audits
  • Drive succession planning and staff development within the quality team
  • Ensure proper calibration of monitoring and measuring equipment

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years in a senior quality engineering or management role
  • Proven expertise in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Gage R&R, and Minitab
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards
  • Experience in automotive, aerospace, or high-precision manufacturing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical tools
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
