We are in search of a passionate and dynamic Permanent Quality Manager to join our well-established Manufacturing team. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the quality of our manufacturing processes and products, ensuring compliance with global procedures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role will require the candidate to have a strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001, Process Improvement, and Continuous Improvement. Knowledge of SAP, KPI, Validation, Field Visits, Compliance, and Lean Manufacturing, along with Six Sigma certification, is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, able to conduct tests, supervise teams, and implement strategies effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the implementation and improvement of Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001 standards.
2. Drive process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives across all manufacturing operations.
3. Utilize SAP to manage and track quality metrics and KPIs.
4. Conduct validation of processes and products to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
5. Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance with global procedures and standards.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
7. Conduct tests on processes and products to identify areas for improvement.
8. Supervise teams and provide guidance and training to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
9. Implement Lean Manufacturing strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
10. Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvement and reduce defects.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Management role within the Manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
4. Proven experience in Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement.
5. Proficiency in SAP and a strong understanding of KPI.
6. Experience in Validation, Field Visits, and Compliance.
7. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
8. Experience in conducting tests and supervising teams.
9. Proven experience in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing strategies.
10. Six Sigma certification is highly preferred.
11. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
12. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
