Job Details
Oversee the facility’s quality management system, ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
Lead the quality team in inspections, audits, corrective/preventive actions, and documentation.
Partner with production, engineering, and customer service teams to resolve quality concerns and continuously improve product consistency.
Develop and maintain procedures related to extrusion, conversion, printing, and assembly processes.
Analyze production data to identify trends, reduce scrap, and support environmental reuse initiatives.
Serve as primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, audits, and specifications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred; technical degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment required.
3+ years of quality leadership experience, ideally in plastics, extrusion, or converting operations.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, and root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA).
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional improvement.
