We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Quality leader to oversee the company’s quality systems and regulatory compliance initiatives. This individual will architect and manage a quality oversight framework that ensures operational integrity, meets certification and regulatory obligations, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement across all functions.

Job Details
Core Responsibilities:
Lead the process of acquiring and maintaining 14 CFR Part 21 certification for the organization.
Champion the rollout and sustainment of the company’s Safety Management System (SMS), ensuring full alignment with operational and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to build and refine process documentation for both current and forecasted operational activities.
Develop and enforce quality policies, checklists, and auditing protocols to be used by onsite teams.
Oversee inspection activities for inbound materials and in-process workflows to ensure conformity with engineering and compliance standards.
Validate final inspection processes and verify that all product deliveries meet defined quality thresholds.
Maintain calibration logs and ensure traceability of precision measurement equipment and instruments.
Supervise and control the issuance and usage of inspection and quality verification identifiers (e.g., stamps, seals).
Requirements:
FAA Airframe & Powerplant certification preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency with global aviation compliance frameworks including FAA Part 145, EASA 145, and UK CAA standards.
Familiarity with FAA Part 21 (Certification Procedures) and oversight of production authorization processes.
At least 5 years in a quality leadership or compliance role within aerospace or regulated manufacturing environments.
Engineering or technical degree preferred.
Demonstrated experience with audit management under AS9100, AS9110, or comparable QMS protocols.
Adept with software tools for document control, data reporting, and workflow automation.
U.S. citizenship required due to regulatory export control compliance.
Strong ability to interpret complex technical documentation, drawings, and government-issued specifications.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is required.
