Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Refine the processing limits of existing alloy systems to continually increase manufacturing robustness.
- Monitor and adjust the production process using statistical process control through analysis of processing
- Support and follow the quality system to prevent any defective pieces from leaving the facility and reaching the
- Review revisions in quality documentation to make sure that all technical requirements are met.
- Support production in metallurgy related daily activities.
- Disposition process violations in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit concessions to the customer for review and disposition.
- Determine root causes of deviations and implement effective corrective and preventative actions to minimize
- Improve all processes within the manufacturing line to minimize quality events.
- Work actively on continuous improvement and cost reductions to achieve the company’s financial objectives.
- Communicate regularly with internal employees and customers.
- Perform various department and/or company projects, including planning, organizing data collection, and
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Material
- A minimum of 1 years of relevant experience.
