Currently we are looking for a Quality Manager near our Warrensburg, MO plant. This role will not require you to manage individuals directly but rather it is a multi-facility role to work on quality improvement projects (reduce cost of poor quality) and ensure the proper introduction of new products.

Job Details
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Deep understanding of battery manufacturing (minimum of 3 years) is a plus
Project leadership experience (minimum of 3 years)
Knowledge of DMAIC practices
Experience working in a role where you were required to reduce the cost of quality
Analytical mindset
Experience managing quality improvement projects
Experience in mid to high volume manufacturing
Deep understanding of battery manufacturing (minimum of 3 years) is a plus
