Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Quality Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and implementing quality control systems and measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify potential quality issues and areas for improvement.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly and effectively.
4. Training and guiding team members on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
5. Analyzing quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Ensuring all documentation related to quality control and assurance is accurate and up-to-date.
7. Participating in the review and revision of standard operating procedures to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
8. Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.
9. Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our quality management systems.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Quality Specialist position should have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management Systems in the manufacturing industry.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of quality assurance principles, methods, and techniques.
4. Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
7. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.
8. Certification in Quality Management or Quality Assurance is a plus.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high quality standards.
10. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a passion for quality and excellence.
