Job Details
In this key leadership role, you'll oversee all aspects of our Quality Management System (QMS) and lead a tight-knit team of three. You’ll play a critical part in aligning our operations with top-tier industry standards like AS9100, IATF 16949, and Nadcap, while also spearheading a full SOP overhaul to streamline processes and reinforce compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience working with AS9100, IATF 16949, and/or Nadcap standards
A strong foundation in QMS and quality systems development
Leadership experience—either managing a team or mentoring peers
A proactive, process-minded approach with strong organizational skills
Excellent communication abilities, from the shop floor to the front office
Previous experience in heat treating, aerospace, or automotive manufacturing is a big plus
Qualifications & Requirements:
