They’re looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Quality Systems & Regulatory Manager to lead food safety systems, labeling accuracy, customer compliance documentation, and cross-functional audit readiness.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Own and maintain food safety programs (HACCP, BRC, USDA)
Oversee labeling compliance and regulatory submissions
Coordinate customer quality documentation and responses
Use Redzone, Smart Sheets, or Tableau for quality metrics and reporting
Train and support QA team members on quality systems
Collaborate with production, R&D, and executive leadership
What You Bring:
Experience in food safety, quality, or regulatory affairs in a USDA environment
Strong attention to detail, with a tech-forward approach
Ability to handle multiple projects, customer compliance forms, and labeling reviews
Comfortable being the point person on audits and inspections
Passionate about continuous improvement and quality systems
